Meijer coupon

If you live in the Dayton, OH area and only buy the Dayton Daily News on Sunday, you may want to pick up a copy of today's paper. There is a $5/$30 Meijer coupon at the end of section A good from 9/16 until 9/19. I am assuming you can use this BEFORE other coupons, because the fine print does not say you cannot.
